This week was great! I lost 5 pounds at WI on Saturday. Total of 14 pounds lost!!

I did have a bit of an issue this week, with stomach illness. We shall see what that does to my WI next Saturday. Especially since my recovery included enchiladas ;)

This week’s mini-goal will be to return to normal and try to hit the 15 pound weight loss mark. Next mini-goal is 20 pounds!

 

Mini-Goal Update! August 7, 2008

I went to a mid-week WI yesterday - lost 4 more pounds!!! I have now exceeded my mini-goal of 10 pounds! Next stop, 20 pounds (8 to go). And, I am in fat burning mode, so that is excellent. I am starting to get kind of worn out on the diet, which means I need diversity. I have to start using the MRC cookbook and spicing it up!

In other news, which might drive me to drink (JK), Brett Favre is now a NY Jet. *Gag* - I could just die. But I will move forward as a Packers fan and a Favre fan. And I will not drink - because losing weight is more important than any damn football ;)

I attended food instruction class yesterday - starting Metaslim!! WI this morning - lost 6.5 pounds this week. I’m down a total of 8.5 pounds. I’m back on track!

I’m on the beige menu. The only adjustment is the bread-free lunch. I also bought the supplements. So far, Kiwi-Melon is great, but the powders are yuck-o. I’m just happy to be moving forward and into the metaslim plan. Yay!!!

Here’s to another 6.5 next Saturday! :)
