Goals

2009 Goals:

      Reach 130 pounds - 50 lbs to lose!   
          
 Eat a healthy well balanced diet
               Workout 5 days per week
       Other 2009 Commitments

  •  seek a closer relationship with God
        • read the Bible everyday
        • find a church and become involved
  • become closer with my husband and kids
  • take care of myself… get plenty of sleep, workout, take care of my skin and teeth, etc…
