Tuesday

So Monday didn’t go so good.We ate out for dinner and ,man,it was good.But ,anyway, not a good day.
I did get a short walk at Lunch.
Today I will do nmuch better.
I am addicted to Pumpkin Butter.think I’ll have some NOW.

Monday New Day

Well I am off on a new day ,trying again. Mr Scale says 190.7. OK this week under 190!
So far I have had:

Unfortuneatly we have a dinner out tonight ,I WILL BEHAVE!!!

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO !?

I just want to get under 190, I go up and down 190-194….

Tomorrow starts a new try.Gonna do WW Points for awhile, its more fun.

I am so discouraged,

SO ,of course, tomorrow is dinner out with the group.Once a month we go out for a fancy and expensive dinner.I am just getting over a week of eating dinners here and there for my B-DAY

Work has become so stressful ,I just wanna eat.Something chocolate would be grand.

My husband is my greatest sabatour, he knows I am trying ,so he bought me a chocolate cake for my b-day.THANKS HONEY

I did get a walk in but did not do a video today.I did the 3-mile video last night.

I didn’t  go out with Mike and family last night ,good thing ,he didn’t come home til today.

A younger me would have had a fit ,but the older me doesn’t really care.AHHHHH old age ,makes things so much better. Well except for the physical pain!

SO tomorrow I start again I guess. Gotta get 2 pounds off. thats my goal this week. But its been my goal the last 3 WEEKS….

Today I am sad

How did I gain almost 4 pounds in one weekend ?
I don’t understand.I am trying ,maybe not as hard as I could.
But 4 pounds? 2 days?
I’ll never get this weight off.
I feel like giving up.
should I slimfast for awhile?Just quit eating?
Its not like anyone noticed I had lost any weight.But I sure didn’t want to gain more.
Vacation is over ,so back to really working on this.
i am so sad and disappointed

Sunday

Today I guess I have done better food wise.

I have had :

cottage cheese w/blackberry filling

cheese and crackers with pickles and olives

2 tiny dark chocolate squares

chocolate mug cake

2 salmon patties

ranch beans

90 calorie bag of cookies

I thinkthats it!

One more day til I go back to work,on my birthday no less. I am kinda glad the vaca is over.

Tonight I started a sweater for Mother for CHristmas.Maybe by writing about it I’ll finish it.

been a good day overall.

Too much food

Today was bad. I did start off with a decent breakfast.Then we went shopping.And to MiMi’s for lunch.

I did Yoga for 1/2 an hour ,then Bodies in Motion for 1/2 and hour .then lunch happened.

I ate too much food and even a desert.Now he’s making bratwurst.Dang.

I am trying not to beat myself up about it. but all I needed to lose this week was 8 oz. I failed,miserably.

All in all I am still eating tons less and much healthier than I used to. Plus EXERCISE
