I eat this way mostly because I'm in the process of eating strictly vegan. For about 2 years I was vegetarian, for about 4 years I was vegan and then one day I stopped because I was joining the military and didn't want to go through boot camp as the "vegan girl". I didn't want that attention--boot camp is hard enough.

So I got out and continued to eat that way. But never felt better than I did when I was vegan. My skin was radiant and I just felt GREAT. I missed feeling that way so....this is why I eat meat-free products.

Well done! Just wondering, do you eat meat-free products because they're lower in fat, or because you're a vegetarian?

But you did 10 minutes which is better than nothing. Focus on what you did, not what you didn't do.
