I am 41 years young. I am married to my best friend for 21 years now. We have four boys ranging in age (2~9~16~19 years old).  My DH, my boys, and my Lord are my life.

I have been on this journey for a little while now. I started on here in March of 2008. I weighed 263 pounds at that point. SIGH   That was a hard point in my life.

I have gotten so much wonderful support from all of the sisters in this site. It is has been a huge blessing and has humbled me many times on how many of these ladies show true grace, kindness, and support . We are bonded in our journey. It does not matter if one only has 5 pounds to lose and the other 100, we are still connected in the very journey itself. After all the struggle is the same. I am grateful for this place.

I hope to be able to get to a goal of 155 pounds by the end of the weight loss and health gain pilgrimage. The more time passes the closer I am. The more time passes the more I learn about myself. Who will I be at the end of this journey???????
