As I watched the Summer Olympics last night I quickly felt very sheepish.  The winner of the woman’s marathon last night ran non stop 26 miles!  Heck, I think I am ‘all that’ when I walk a measly 3 miles. Sheesh!  Makes me want to up my exercise routine.  Once my son returns to school in September I will add on to my 3 miles. Never, getting anywhere near 26, but I will try a 5 mile walk!

Funny how her shoes never came untied……hmmmm…..
