I just don’t get weight loss commercials. Who are they targeting anyway? How come none of the diet aide commercials show women who are very heavy??? No one in those commercials resemble me at all. And, the commercials for exercising do-dads. Oh my…. I never see a significantly overweight woman demonstrate how to use the exercise equipment. Seems a woman who is already very thin and most likely never had a weight issue is the woman who will sell the product.
Truth in advertising, there isn’t any.
soooo true! and yet still doesn’t give me any satisfying feeling knowing that i’m not the ONLY one that thinks that way. :sighs: just gives you a more of an idea that investing in “quick diet pills” don’t work, at least not for my weight problem….honesty is so depressing sometimes.

I always thought that was weird too. Half of the equipment they are selling would never even work for a person who is over weight. They are not designed for larger bodies. I also enjoy the lame before and after photos where you can totally tell that all the person did was stick out their stomach in the before picture.
