BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES
Oatmeal cookies with a banana twist
Banana ripening: 2 weeks
Hands-on time: 30 minutes

Makes about 30 cookies, easily doubled

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
