from obesity to just plain fat

I’ve got no special plans for today, but am enjoying my day off from work.  My line dancing place is taking the rest of the summer off, so since I needed a break I don’t have to feel guilty.  But I must find other exercise.  Did walk twice this week during the break in the weather.  I’ve got the food network on and just saw a lovely bunch of roasted veggies, so I think I’ll go troll the internet for some new recipes and inspiration!
