		<description>My one dear friend from church was born in China. She said that chinese foos is very healthy and waist friendly. Now what we have here is america's version of chinese food and very fatty.  She eats mostly stir fry veggies over brown rice, steamed veggies, and veggie spring rolls and grilled meats. She is thin as a rail!

You know what? Ignore the crappy response. It is not worth the time of day. It does not matter if you eat the same thing every day or every meal. if it works for you and helps you to suceed then great!  
I know what you mean I am losing it slow as well. I have so much to lose it feels like I will be 100 before I am thin.  LOL  Just kidding.  You take care and keep up the GREAT work!

Trail mix is something i don't eat a lot of because it's often calorie-dense and I can pack down a lot of it, but if it's measured out it's more controllable - and often full of healthy things.</description>
