Different kind of goal
When I go away, I tell myself that my goal is to not gain any weight. I would not like to gain any weight while I am in China for 26 days but since it is that long, I would like to lose 2 to 5 lbs. I think that is reasonable. I will be staying at my son’s house so it will be possible to stay with my usual eating habits.
I will also check in here, at least, once every 5 days.
My one dear friend from church was born in China. She said that chinese foos is very healthy and waist friendly. Now what we have here is america’s version of chinese food and very fatty. She eats mostly stir fry veggies over brown rice, steamed veggies, and veggie spring rolls and grilled meats. She is thin as a rail!
