today was a bad day tom started and my mood sucks, im really cramping and wanting to eat everything in the house!!!!trying to hang in there..going to weight in this week on sunday due to uncontrollable things. then i’m going back to my old weight in day of wednesday , where my favorite leader is….

went to the oklahoma city zoo. walked for three hours so i got my exercise in. had a great time. was on plan today.

well today been a good op day. i made the angel food cake every one at my meeting talks about gosh its good. all it is an angel food cake mix and a can of pineapple, thats it mix and bake. easy , fast and good..now if i can keep from eating it all. well i rewrded myself i bought me a palm zire of ebay, new for cheap to put ww on the go on my palm and other ww stuff off dotti’s website.

well, i made myself go to weight in.. i lost .6. what a big loss, lol…after my over indulgence saturday im lucky i didnt gain. this week meeting we talked about indulgences. food and non food ones. so our leader ask us to do one food indulgence this week and 4 non food indulgences. so this week im gonna do them , dont know what but im thinking.
