Cold

Oh I hate that word. It is cold in the mornings. But that is the only time I can go for my runs. Sunday I rested. Monday I did an ab video and am feeling it today. I might have to start wearing gloves. Maybe a hat.
Today I got up and went to the path. Ran 1.5 miles. I like those short runs cause I work on running faster. Tomorrow is 3 miles. I am going to do it first thing in the morning. Then I have my weigh in at the house I clean. Then I get to go feed my dad. I feel bad because I haven’t seen him in over a month. My mom is going out of town tomorrow and I am off so this works out good.
I received a compliment today. I got told I was looking good. Was it my hair? My clothes? Lost weight? Those are the questions she asked me. Yes, my hair was curled today. Clothes were old. And yes, I have lost weight. The pants I wore today were ones that I haven’t fit in to for a long time. So Yeah me! Less than 3 weeks till my reunion and I think I will be ready.
What is business casual? That is the dress that they asking for the reunion.

Yay for the compliment! Someone told me the other day I was looking very “youthful”. I guess my extra fat was aging me, haha.
Business casual, that’s a tricky one. It’s not jeans, but not a suit. Things that come to mind: slacks, semi dressy skirt, twin set, stuff like that.
