2 eggs, 3 GLs, coffee w/ FF half and half, toast w/ SB lite

3 Newman oreos

Ready to try again? I have re-started more times than I can count (in my blog there is a category of “getting back on track”)
One of the things I did to re-start this time was make eating 7 fruits and vegetables a day my ONLY step for a while. Just doing that helped the good habits start to come back (plus to make room for the fruit and veg you usually cut back somewhere else)…
