FOOD:
bfast — 2 eggs, 3 GLs, slice of sprouted bread w/ SB, coffee w/ 2% milk
lunch — 2 beef medallions w/ mushrooms and swiss chard
dinner — 1/4 burger
snack– pistachios, cheese stick
EXERCISE:
Chasing a toddler for three hours. Carrying 40-lb toddler 1 mile.
