lunch recipes!
No, really, I’m going crazy with lunch-time boredom here…every day the same old salad or a couple of scrambled eggs or a PB&J.
I want something yummy, something to look forward to at mid-day. Lunch now is just one more thing I have to do…help me make it fun again.
So please post your favorite lunch ideas and/or recipes in comments & I’ll try them out over the next couple of weeks.

i’ve been eating flat bread wraps at lunch. flat breat is sold at most local grocers and at walmart. i like the wheat ones because they are tougher (not as mushy). today i spread the wrap with hummus, added sliced tomato, and turkey. with a side of cottage cheese, it was a very filling lunch for around 300 cals. last week, i was addicted to ham, cukes, tomato, sprouts, & mustard wraps. i like how you can really play around with ideas when it comes to wraps. enjoy.

This is where Jenny Craig comes in handy. They’ve got some great lunch selections. Today I had a cheese enchilada with rice. Yesterday Swedish meatballs. I’d suggest stocking up on a couple of weight watcher or lean cuisines for the days that you start craving a hot lunch and to keep some variety in the routine.

& thanks too tiny! I usually use frozen stuff as a quick dinner option, but I’ve been thinking about trying some of the sandwiches from lean cuisine & WW, & this settles it.
