i didnt really binge today which is good. i did eat more cheese than i was suppose to and ended under 25 net carbs.
tomorrow is a fresh new day…
binged again today on induction friendly foods PLUS NUTS… gahhh

Too much cheese yesterday… I haven’t binged in awhile. it definitely happened today though, i stuck to allowed foods however.

I stayed low carb and ate induction foods still. my net carb count must be around 30 max, which isn’t bad. I just had a lot of cheese = water retention = weight gain.
ahhhh.
i’M really enjoying lc-ing so far. occasionally i do miss sweets, fruits in particular, but it’s not too bothersome and i find the things i get to eat instead are makes the entire experience worth it.
so far i’ve had 9 net carbs. omelette this morning, lunch is a caesar salad with mexican style meatless chicken bits and cheese.
UPDATE: Today I had a total of about 21 net carbs. not too bad…
It’s my TOM. So perhaps I’m suppose to weigh even less right now??

i came back to weigh myself at 154.. yay!!
I had about 30 net carbs today.. which is obviously over the limit for induction. i just have to tone down on eating the flax bread I made today… it was just too delish!! i’m going to limit myself to two a day from now on.. tomorrow, i will stick back to the 20g net carb thingy.
breakfast i had a mushroom and cheese omelette.
lunch was a cauliflower pizza.
after lunch i made some flax bread and ate 6 small slices. sooo good.
also had two eggs cause i wasn’t full yet.
friday: ate alright, maybe 25 net carb count? had two shots…
saturday: i ate really good. 15-20
sunday (today): will stick to 20 net carb.
I’m going to stick to induction for a month at least, because I can handle it and I think I can get good results if I follow it diligently. I am sort of planning on a few mishaps because of my little weekend prom getaway. I also started this induction phase with some mistakes such as too much cheese, too little water…etc. But I will keep going and work hard to count to 20g a day.
Prom was last night and it was pretty fun!! Maybe I’ll put up photos later. But right now I gotta get packing cause I’ll be going away this weekend to a resort near Niagara Falls!!
