I cannot stay away from the carbs lately. Usually this is not a problem for me. But lately, breads and cereals (oh God, the cereals!!!)
I leave for my trip Wednesday and when i’m back on Saturday I’m starting over! School is about to start which will be helpful. I can get back to jogging when the bus leaves and will only need to worry about lunches for myself. With the kids home its so easy to just eat pizza or frenchfries or whatever.
I really want to get down to 135. My initial goal is 150 which I am very close to. Since TOM I am seeing 162 on the scales. I know I didn’t gain that much and expect to see it go down as I lose the water. So, using 162 I would have 12 lbs to go for my initial goal. At 2 lbs each week that would put me at Sept 27th for my initial goal of 150. DS’s b-day is the 30th so I’ll shoot for goal by his birthday!
That will leave 15 lbs for my big goal. I think loss slows as you get closer so lets say Christmas for GOAL!
I’m going to make up a spreadsheet to post on my desk and fridge to keep me focused. Plus I’m gonna give my willpower a swift kick in the hiney!
I’ll post my spreadsheets when I get them done

CONGRATS, CONGRATS, CONGRATS! what an awesome accomplishment thus far, and I’m sure it wasn’t easy.
Once the kids get back to school it’ll be all about the business again.
In the meantime hang in there, you’ve worked so hard thus far, and can only push forward more. Great job, I look forward to checking in with you again to see the awesome goals you’ve reached.
