1. Drink lots of water. Like 60oz or more Check!

2. Log all food on thedailyplate check!

3. Pay attention to serving sizes Minus!

4. No grazing… make something and eat it! Minus!

5. Exercise for at least 30 mins at least 5 days each week. Check! I jogged for 30 mins on the mini-tramp tonight! I’m so proud of myself! Now, to do better tomorrow!
