New week… new goals

I did not make my 162 goal for by today. I did get to 163. I knew I was pushing it by setting it at 162… So, new goals for this week.

1. 161 on next Monday (if I can keep 2 lbs a week I can be 159 when I leave for PA. I know I will not be good while I’m there! That will put me 9 lbs from goal weight!)

2. Drink LOTS of water! I notice a difference and I need to keep myself hydrated.

3. Park at LEAST 5 days this week. At least 2 laps

4. Keep calories at or below 1500 each day

5. Get these bills caught up

We did go to my BILs yesterday evening. We had so much fun! They are entering a big chili cook off and did their first test run yesterday. It was soooooo good and cornbread :-) We played 2 rounds of frisbie golf. I am still holding the record for the ladies! whoop!

Middle DD went running this morning while I walked 2 laps at the park. I did the first lap in 24 mins and the second in 23. Oldest DD stayed with a friend and DS has a game tonight. I need to figure out how to keep his ball shirt clean! Why they chose white is beyond me.

Not looking forward to going back to work today :-(
