Fridays mean so much to me lately! Yesterday went well although I think my bad eating habits are turning into bad spending habits! lol
I purchased a new exercise video, two new tank tops, a slimming underclothes thingie and a lounge chair to lay out in the sun. Yikes! Now I’m pretty close to broke after groceries
DS and I walked yesterday evening but honestly it just wasn’t the same. I need to take him with me as much as possible but it really does slow me down. Perhaps on days that he will be walking with me, I should walk a bit earlier before he joins me? We walked for about 45 mins but not at a very fast pace. So, I’ll have to add something else or it wont really be doing me any good.
I was excited to pick up two Large sized shirts from the Juniors department at Walmart and have them fit. I’ve been stuck in XL for eternity. My midsection and chest just don’t seem to be shrinking like the rest of my body. I long for the day that I can walk without feeling my inner arm brush against a fat roll! This is my mission! ha
Hit the sack relatively early and still slept an hour longer than I had planned. I’m tired today..
We have a baseball game, 1/2 a day of not so exciting work and I will fit my walking in before the ballgame. Does everyone else have a part of their body that they look at after loosing some weight with awe? Like.. is that really MY arm/leg/stomach? I do it frequently! I’ve lost a ton of fat from my thighs and hips. I sometimes just sit and look at my legs because quite honestly… they look like someone elses! too funny.
So, I need to fit in at least 45 mins of serious walking and at least 30 mins of suntanning today. Drink more water and stay in my calorie range preferably without too many carbs.
