That’s just about all I’m good for today!
Had my first session with the personal trainer yesterday evening. It went well except I think they tell everyone the same thing. This guy was oogeling (sp? lol) the girls, whispering things to another employee about said girl and looked like he was ready to lay his head down and take a nap. Luckily I wasn’t paying because it was one of two free sessions!
I did learn that it could be my carbs making me tired. too many… I wouldn’t have thought that!
Today I got up and was ready to head to the gym before I realized that DH had my scan card on his keyring and was already gone to his substituting job
So, I went to Walmart and stocked up on whole grains and picked up some natural peanut butter which was better than I expected.
Basically I just don’t feel great. I feel frumpy, I feel tired, and today I am sick of countning calories, watching my carbs and worrying about how much water I’m drinking. I’m tired of exercising today (I keep saying “today” because I know it will pass) and I’m tired of pushing and pushing and it takes so damn looooong to see results! GRR
I did buy new workout clothes, I like them although they do show off my belly rolls more than the other one. Maybe that is what started it! lol
I have to get back to work. Hopefully I’ll check in later in a much better mood!

Hey those belly rolls will disappear!
I know this whole thing feels like it is taking forever, but they say the slower you lose it, the more likely you are to keep it off! And that’s what we’re ultimately after, right?
Your personal trainer sounds like a real winner *sarcasm*
I just started eating natural peanut butter too, it’s really good and we’ve switched to whole grains/wheat and there is a big difference in my energy since then.
