butt kicking

haha well, I did it! We headed to the park as usual. DH, DS and I were decked out in double layers because it was chilly and high winds. We did some stretching and then set out for the first of the week one plan from the coolrunning website. Let me tell you - it kicked my butt! I couldn’t even do all of the 60 second jogs (I managed 30-45 seconds at least for most of them.) I am sore already! lol

 But I am determined and we will head back on Tues or Wed and I will try and try again until I run that whole park and then some! :-)

 Had Special K for breakfast, salmon and asparagus for lunch, a grapefruit snack and a few wheat crackers, An egg salad sandwich (fat free mayo) and then the kicker - cube steak for dinner with tomato, asparagus again and ::cringe:: augratin potatos. I went really easy on the potatos lol.

Kids are back at school tomorrow and I’m back to work. this means less snacking!
