Why is it so hard for me to eat breakfast? I’m thinking because i’ve never really eaten breakfast much and it’s creating a new habit for me. I had two servings of instant oatmeal (no sugar) at work because I overslept and was almost late. If I went to bed early I think I would be more inclined to eat breakfast. I need to work on that too!
I weigh in tomorrow. Then my boss is moving. I’m thinking I’ll buy my own scale but I have enjoyed not having one so I’m not focused on my weight but more on what I’m eating and how much I’m moving.
I fell on the front steps Halloween night. Twisted my ankle, banged up both knees and my hand pretty bad. I haven’t done much walking since then. My ankle starts bothering me after 15 mins. I’ve been taking brisk walks to the store and then doing more sedentary exercise for the last two days. It shouldn’t be long and I can get back to my regular walking schedule.
I came home from work early today. Bad headache (hence the oversleeping) I kept waking up and thinking if I slept a little longer I would feel better… never works.
I’ve started taking a daily vitamin. That will help me make sure my body is getting everything it needs.
