Tough day today emotionally and mentally. Working is an appetite supressent (sp?) for me! I drank plenty of water, had  a diet pepsi can for lunch. I need more water tho, I can feel it.

approaching week two

Wednesday will be my 2 week anniversary of counting calories, watching my fat and sugar intake and getting more excercise! It’s hard for me to believe that it’s been 2 weeks. It doesn’t sound like much but it sure doesn’t feel like 2 weeks…
