Mini-Goal

I MADE IT!!! I made my mini goal right on the deadline. 269.2!!! 37.8 lbs gone.
Tomorrow is my mini goal weigh in.

Well Im getting really really close to my mini goal. Just 4 oz away. lol. I stepped on the scale and saw my goal then stepped off and back on 2 more times and I was up 4 oz. So maybe tomorrow it will stick. BUT even if it doesnt, Im not gonna beat myself up about it. I mean I am really dang close and thats all that matters. So we will see I suppose.

Ive been lazy today. I could have slept all day long, but Dalton is up and when you have a 2 year old, you certainly cant sleep unless they do. lol.
I normally have my entire house cleaned by now. Ive managed to load the washer, do the dishes, and clean the commode. Fun. I have so much I need to do.. I think I have the dropsy again. lol. Seriously though.. its time to get up and move, get this house cleaned up.
It will be a busy evening. We generally go out on Wed evening to get groceries, etc. So I know need to get in there and work out after I get done cleaning or I wont be able to today.
I hopped on the scales this morning and I am only 1/2 lb from my mini-goal. I wanted to lose 10 lbs by Sept 9th. Im down 9.5. So Ive got a few days to lose that last 1/2 lb.

Breakfast- Shredded Mini Wheats, banana, 2% milk.
Lunch- 1 slice turkey, 1 slice double fiber wheat bread, and a five cheese lasagna lean gourmet.
Dinner- Lean pocket, reduced fat wheat thins.
Snack- some tortillas and salsa.
40 double leg lifts, 40 overhead reverse tricep extensions, 40 cable crunches, 40 regular crunches, 40 curls.
Weighed in this morning. Im down 2 lbs this week.

Today was weigh-in day. I weigh every day but I usually just go by what I weigh on Monday. I think Id be better off to go by what I weigh on a different day. Mondays are bad because Sundays are soooo hard for me. I always spend them with my family and there is always so much food. But maybe having my weigh in on Monday helps me to not eat as much on Sundays. Either way, yesterday the scales said I was down 4 lbs this week but this morning the scales only said 2 lbs. So I guess Im just down 2 lbs this week. Kinda frustrating. My hands and feet were swollen this morning when I got up, AF is here, and I ate more than I should have yesterday too. The swollen hands and feet are probably from the sodium in the hotdogs. With 2 lbs down this week Im officially 30 lbs down from my highest weight. Decided to do measurements today. I compared my measurements at my highest weight to today here are the results of inches lost.
2 inches on right arm
3 inches on waist
2 inches on hips
2 inches on bust
1/2 inches on calf
3 inches on right thigh
Breakfast- none
Lunch- Lean Pocket, pretzels, and salsa.
Snack- WW 2 pt Ice Cream Sandwhich.
Dinner- 1 pc Meatloaf (left over) and a corn on the cob.
Snack- a few pretzels and some watermelon.
Exercise- None so far. Im too pooped. I dont know if I can get up the mojo to go in there and do the bike or not. Today is my anniversary so I may get some exercise after all ![]()
Mini Goal

By Sept 9 I would like to be down 10 more lbs from what I was on last my weigh in day the 6th of August. :) Wish me luck!

On 7-16-07 I set my first mini goal. I wanted to loose 5 more lbs by 8-6-07 (the day school starts back). I met that goal on 7-30-07.
Down 24lbs

Im down 3 more lbs this week. So thats a total 24 lbs total so far. Im can tell a difference in myself already but that food keeps calling my name.
I did 2 and 3/4 mile today on the bike. My legs are still sore from pushing myself and doing 6 yesterday. I did do 15 minutes of weights today too.
I slept late again today.. its gonna kill me when school starts back.
I had some cantaloupe for breakfast. Lean Gormet Chicken Parm for lunch– 5g fat, 280 cal. Chicken breasts and baked beans for dinner. Then for snack I had some more cantaloupe and a WW yogurt.

Got up this morning and weighed. I just had my gown and stuff on. Im exactly 20 lbs down from my highest weight. Im so happy about that. Only 87 more lbs to go to goal! Once I reach my goal, I may keep going. But for now… Ill leave it as is. Im gonna set a mini goal of 5 more lbs down by August 1st! Thats 2 weeks and 3 days from now. Wish me luck!
I did 3 1/2 miles on the bike this morning. Ill do more later today too. Im really getting into this working out. It just makes me feel so much better. I think having the crap out of my system helps too.
I fixed 2 pks of Weight Control Banana Oatmeal this morning and could only eat about 1/2. Thats sooo odd for me. I scraped the rest out into a bowl to give to the dog. I was so proud of myself!
For lunch I had a deli sliced chicken sand with mustard and tomato on Natures Choice Honey Wheat bread. Its 60 calories a slice. 2 dill spears, 5 calories a piece, and 2 slices of cantelope.
Michael came home and we were about to leave. I ate a few more strawberries and another pickle.
We took his pants back to JcPenny, went to Walmart, then took the boys to the park for 2 hours. I chased Dalton around everywhere so I guess I burned a few calories. On the way home we stopped by McDs. Lord knows I should of avoided that place but we were starved. I had 1 grilled chicken ranch wrap. So Im sure there was a ton of fat in the cheese/ranch on it. I had picked up a few things at Walmart so I had a few banana chips til I looked on the back of the bag and saw how much fat they had in them 10 grams!!! I about died. Thank goodness I didnt eat many. I have a few raisens too.
We got home and I had some strawberries and a couple low fat wheat crackers. Ill not anything else the rest of the night to make up for the ranch/cheese on the wrap.
– looked on the McD’s website. It had 270 calories and 10 grams of fat.
