Ive done better the last 2 days, but still not perfect. Now if I can just get my fat butt up and move.
Im too scared to even get on the scales. Thats pitiful, but its true. I need motivation, determination, etc!

Before I got fat that is!!!! Im about 40 lbs away from where I was when these pics were taken. Mostly from when Michael and I were dating/getting married/first married. Pre Kids. lol. I was about a 14/16 in these pics. Cant remember the bra size but about a L/XL top.

Was in a 26 pants, XXXL mens tshirt, 46 C bra. 307 lbs.

238.8 this am. AF showed.
Last night before bed Bai was complaining of a head ache. Michael gave him some tyelnol. About 2 I went to bed. He was a little warm but I thought it was just cause he had been cuddled up to his daddy. Around 4:30 I roll over and my leg touches him. He is hot. I reach over with my hand and feel. He is REALLY hot. I wake Michael up and tell him to go get the therm and some ibuprofen fast. I jump up, get a wash cloth, wet it with luke warm water, and put it on his head. We check his temp with the thermom (ear one) and it was 102.9. But he felt MUCH hotter. So Michael checks his with it and his comes up 95 something. So we know its off. I call Mom and run her and Dad out of bed. I told her Id be down to get her thermometer. I go down, get hers, and while Im gone Michael gets Bai in the tub and washes him down with luke warm water. When I come back (about 10 minutes or so) later Bai is out of the tub. We check his temp with moms thermometer and its 102.9. We wait around a few more min, give the meds time to kick in, and it comes down to 101. We got back to bed and set the clock to alarm in 2 hours. We were up every 2 hours alternating his meds. He was fine today, but tonight about 10 the headahce came back so did the fever. Its gonna be another long night.
We all ended up sleeping til 12 today. Once we got up I cleaned some in the house and then later we had to run to Walmart for more Tylenol and Ibuprofen. I didnt havent have enough for tonight. After leaving Walmart we went and picked up my niece Lexi’s bday cake at my SILs house. Tomorrow is Lexis party. I dont know if we will be able to go if the boys are sick though.

I didnt eat the best in the world today and I havent worked out. Tomorrow really needs to be better.

242.4 this am.
Today was a long day. I did pretty good though. I maybe ate too much but Ive worked out quiet a bit. I did 6 miles on the exercise bike, 100 reverse crunches, 50 cable crunches, and TBL low impact.
I got my new glasses yesterday. I was stoked cause I think they look great on me but I think the Rx may not be right. Ugh. I gotta take em back in a week if they dont seem any better.
