time for something new
Let’s be honest. I’ve been calorie counting since Sept. of last year, and I go on and off plan, on and off exercising, and really, I have made virtually no progress in the past 9 months. Even worse, for the last few weeks, about 75% of my calories are comming from breads, pastas, etc. I’m not going to let myself go insane, by trying the same method over and over again. This is my new project: South Beach. I just bought The South Beach Diet, Supercharged, and I’m very excited to commit to the food and exercise phases. There are so many recipes on 3FC and in the book, and it will be fun spending time planning meals, my day, and treating this like a fun project, and not as a drag. There isn’t much to say. I’m ready for this change. I’m starting phase one on Saturday. Wish me luck!
