~ 3.2/5 pounds lost

Starting Weight: (7/1/08)  141.2 lbs
Ending Weight: (8/1/08) 138 lbs

1st: WATP 2 miles (25 minutes) & 30 Day Shred! (20 minutes)

14th: WATP 2 miles Express with Firm band (30 minutes)
