  • Tues/Thur: WATP 4 miles/day (55 minutes) & Stability Ball Crunches (10 minutes) & Upper Body ShortCuts (30 minutes) = 32 miles & 760 minutes in June.
  • Sat: WATP 4 miles (55 minutes) = 16 miles & 220 minutes in June.
  • Lose 8 pounds!

Accomplishments:

  • Minutes in June: 573/1045
  • Pounds LOST in June: 0/8 (Gained .4 lbs)

I so need to get back on track….I want the ab machine thing from proform.com (its currently on sale) and i told hubby that if i use my treadmill 5 days next week i plan to buy it next friday…he didnt say no to that so here’s trying

I am starting this late in the month…but here goes!

  • 30 minutes/day for 5 days each week on the treadmill.
  • 10 minutes/day for 3-5 days each week on the Body by Jake Bun & Thigh Sculptor machine.
  • Lose 4 pounds for this month (starting 3/18/08).
