Day 2
Well today was good. I went walking in the morning and then ate a little bit too much but nothing fattening or sugary snacks. So I feel fine about it.
Of course, I wish it would just drop off like yesterday but that’s not a reality. Gotta work for it.
That part bites.
It really does, doesn’t it? (Bite, I mean). I had my whey protein/soy milk & frozen strawberry shakes for breakfast & lunch yesterday. Pretty decent. Yummy, actually. The stupid Mr. Coffee coffee grinder that we bought doesn’t work. DH has to take it back today. Grrrrr. Hope today goes well for you.

I love it when I can look back on a day and realise that I haven’t had any sugary or salty snacks, I haven’t had extra huge helpings of anything, and I have been drinking all the water I need. Sounds like you’re right on track.
