exciting saturday night
Let’s see - it’s another exciting Saturday.
My ass slept in till like 10:30am! I woke up at 8 something then decided to go back to sleep. So it was all good.
Slowly put some things away today but not nearly enough stuff!
Cats called me from Tahoe - she’s having a great time. Asked me when I wanted to use their timeshare - I told them May - a Saturday - Monday night. That sounds good to me - miss part of the weekend crowd. Today they’re going to a folk concert at one of the casinos. They’ll be back tomorrow.
Food. Hmmm, considering I’ve been home all day… it should be fantastic no? I think I ate too much again today. Nothing bad - just too much.
I’ve been ignoring the phone except for my brother. Salesman (text) & YMCA (call) - fuck ‘em really. I don’t owe anyone shit. I did however answer an e-mail from an e-ugly dude who is a Stanford graduate. Now you know he has a job! 
He’s coming back from Hawaii this weekend so hopefully we’ll be able to meet up before I go down to LA next weekend for that conference.
Today I picked up around here after I put on eye makeup. I’m trying to learn how to put eyeshadow on - I hardly ever use it except for the pale kind. But today it looked alright - so I’ll try to wear it to work the next time I’ve got another jazz performance to go to…
Guess I’ll pop in a movie tonight - I love staying at home. I just wish someone else would clean up this place!
Love those fiber one chocolate chip bars - it’s like eating a candy bar. I absolutely adore it.
Hmmm, I hear one calling my name now….
WTG on getting decent sleep the last 2 nights….I did good Thurs. night, so-so last night, but better than a lot of nights so can’t complain.

YEsssss Stanford!!!!! What class! Okay, I am a big sucker if anyone says Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Caltech. Not that I know a single guy from there, not even a janitor!
See, one suggestion. maybe you try to make your mind sleep instead of your ass, it might work better.

Hah! Quiet Saturday nights indeed! Mine wasn’t unpleasant, but it was relatively quiet. Got together with my local daughters next door, had homemade buffalo wings, and deli meat sandwiches (I used my 60-calorie pita bread - yay, me!) and watched the movie August Rush. If you haven’t seen it, I recommend it highly. It was a lovely movie.
I, too, love the chocolate Fiber One bars. I don’t buy them so much anymore because I think they ARE addicting, damnit, plus I’ve had to cut back a little bit on fiber. I was generating enough gas to get myself back & forth to work with, if I’d only been able to figure out a way to channel it properly. Became a tad annoying, to say the least.

Ummm- Fiber One! I think I am going to chow down on one too. I want something sweet. Love the lazy days. Love that you are NOT answering your phone. I need to learn to do that one. Love the thought of Stanford dude! Hopefully he is awesome and worthy of you!
