Having problems with my computer. It takes forever to get a page loaded. Anyway, I am still doing low carb. Down 16 pounds. Dont really crave anything because I can always come up with something if I want it. The biggest thing was cutting down on my sodas. I drank diet but each one counts as a carb. I was drinking nothing but diet coke. That was about 10 carbs a day. And when you try to keep to 20 carbs you cant do that. So I drink lots of water and add packets of cyrstal lite. I have a diet coke maybe once a day.

Kind of got off track over weekend. Went to Louisville Friday and just did not do well after that. That always happens, I go off diet just a little and then BAM! I have blown it to smitherings! It’s Monday now and I will do fine now that I am back at work. I did go to the swimming pool on Saturday just to sit in the parking lot. They did not even come out to open the doors to get in the building. This is the place they have insisted that I will need to do on the weekends since their pool will be closed. Yeah right. There were about 10 people there and they said this happens quite often. I give up. I am not wasting my time with this gym anymore. I will do what I can and follow my low carb.

Doing ok on the low carb. I ordered some groceries online since you cant find low carb products in the store that much any more. Cant wait to make my brownies this weekend. They are so good and only 1 carb. Yum Yum. Getting ready now to go to the gym. I liked the pool but that water is freezing. They said it was a heated pool but they did not tell me they only heat it in the end of May and beginning of June just to get rid of the winter chill. Noooo! They said it was a heated pool. It was cool on Saturday and was cold on Monday. There is no way I am getting in it today. We have not had any hot days now for over a week. So I expect it to be freezing now!
Welp! Went to the gym before work. You shoulda heard em all yelping when they got in the pool!! I just rode the bike and did the ball and my arm exercises. My foot hurts a little now. Might be the bike that hurt me the other day.

Ok here goes another week. Scales say 226.5. I lost what I gained from that Total Solutions diet and have lost 1.5 pounds more. Will go to the gym before I go to work.

Well water aerobics went well. I feel like maybe this may be worth the investment. Sticking with my low carb and have lost what I gained on that Total Solutions diet. It just is not for me. I followed it to the letter. But my gosh, they really have a lot of carbs. It may be low fat and low calorie but extremely high in carbs. That does not work for me.

Went back to the gym. I really complained and they gave me another trainer. She did come up with a program that I think may benefit me. I am kinda excited about it. I sit on one of those big balls and balance for a minute then roll it from side to side keeping my balance. Then I bounce on it for a minute. Felt that in my upper and lower legs big time. Then roll again and them bounce again. Next she gave me a band to stretch over my head and back to my shoulders while still on the ball. Then roll again and bounce again. Then she gave me more band exercises over my head, behind my back, under my feet and so on. By the time we were done, it had been 30 minutes. I can do the water on Saturdays because they will use the school pool on the weekends which works out with my days off. So I can do the gym part 3-4 days during week and pool on Saturday. I am much happier with this program and feel like it will help. Their diet though, sucks. I am doing my low carb. I’ll just lie to them about that part.

Well, I gained another pound on this total solutions diet. Been on it almost a week now and have gained 1 1/2 pounds. So I am going to do low carb again and hang it! I will try the water aerobics today but the sad thing is that if I can do it, the pool closes in 3 weeks! I definitely made a boo boo joining that fitness group. My foot is really hurting today. It hurts on the arch. Now what did I do that would hurt that? I saw Russell (my podiatrist) last night at work and he said he would write a letter for me if need be stating that my feet are messed up. He said I can not do the treadmills or anything like that.

Well, I have been on the total solution diet for 4 days and only gained 1/2 pound. I told them I would try it but dag gone it! I like my low carb. It does best for me. I will try another day or so but I better start losing or I am going back to my low carb. My trainer at the gym says I really cant do much. Geez! I told em that. She gave me three exercises that I can do with my arms. 10 reps each. That should take about 3-4 minutes. And they did find one bike I could ride. I am going to try the water tommorrow. Hopefully that will go better.

Ok. Day 2 on this diet total solutions. It was ok. But it sure is a lot more carbs than I am used too. I will stick to it and see if I lose. The trainer called from the gym and I have an appointment to see her Wednesday am. She did not sound very encouraging. With all my health problems, she said she was not sure that she would be able to benefit me. That is why I joined the gym, they said they had people with health issues and were able to come up with a program to help them work out. I am going to be PO’d if they don’t do something worthwhile for me.

Still doing good. Lost couple more pounds. I am really not having any problems with the low carb. I like this diet and always did well with it. But I will try adding more carbs next week. But if it messes me up I am going back to 20 carbs and leaving it at that.
