ok i havent written for a few days its hard with kids but anyway its late here so i have just have to write this because i am so annoyed.   my mother in law died this time last year my kids were very close to here but this is not being recognised and it is making me angry what this has to do with me losing weight i d0nt know

Ok its another day I have started well with healthy eating hopefully I can keep it up. Last night I stuffed my face I think its when I’m on my own sitting in front of the TV that I seem to lose control. Busy tonight so wont have that problem.

Next thing to tackle is my lack of exercise.

This is my first post so a little unsure but here goes - I am very overweight and struggling to lose it.  I have been dieting since November 07 and find it a battle.  Just back from 2 weeks holidays so need to get back on track.  Keep putting it of saying I’ll start tomorrow but as we all know tomorrow never comes.  So I am starting today.
